Powerful Spam Filter
Omni-Mail uses a Bayesian artificial intelligence model to filter out spam. This style of filter allows you to define what spam is: mark messages as junk and, as you mark them, the Bayesian filter will learn what you consider to be spam and will begin to automatically move spam to your junk folder for you. Blocked and safe address lists allow you to ensure that people you don't want to receive anything from will not be able to send you anything, and that people who you do want to receive messages from will be able to get through your spam filter.
Advanced Filtration System
This feature allows you to create filters which will automatically organize your messages for you.  For instance, you could have all messages from your office's server moved into a Work folder, you could have all messages from your parents marked with a green flag, or you could have any message with the word “Urgent” marked as important.
Flag System
Organize your messages using colored flags, so that you can mark them off as a certain type or priority.
Label System
Omni-Mails labeling systems allows you to attach a label to messages.

Word Processing Power
Create e-mails using a powerful word processor style interface that includes many of the advanced features found within Author. These features include: multiple fonts, configurable colors, bullets, numbered lists, text alignment, columns, hyperlinks, and object insertion (including the insertion of images, drawings, symbols, and charts). Omni mail also comes with a spell checker so you can scan your emails for mistakes.
